Smoked Bluefish Spread

This is simply wonderful- it tastes like a rich gourmet dip prepared by a caterer! Serve with thin rye crackers or as a spread on pumpernickel or caraway bagels.

Ingredients

6 cups Stonyfield Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1/3 pound smoked bluefish
1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon finely chopped sweet onion, such as Vidalia
Fresh dill for garnish

Directions

The day before serving, drain the yogurt for 10 to 12 hours according to instructions on How to Make Yogurt Cheese. Mash the smoked bluefish and mix it with 2 cups of the yogurt cheese, plus the dill and onion. Mound on a serving plate and garnish with fresh dill.
